Return & Exchange Policy

Since all products are made (printed) according to the customer’s order, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order is confirmed.

Please note the following:

• The store is not responsible if the customer selects an incorrect phone model when placing the order.

• A slight difference in colors or details may occur between the design shown on the screen and the printed product due to screen settings and the printing process. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

The store is fully responsible only in the following cases:

• There is a clear and significant difference between the displayed design and the final product.

• A case is delivered that does not match the order, whether in design or phone model.

• There is a manufacturing defect or a printing issue such as peeling, scratching, or an obvious printing error.

Important Notes:

• The store is not responsible if the screen protector is raised or oversized and prevents the case from fitting properly.

• If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
